Building a salt brand does not require owning a mine. We handle extraction, grading, milling, blending and packing; you own the brand, the customer and the margin.

Tell us the product, grade, pack size, target landed cost and destination market. We come back with a costed proposal and an honest view of what is realistic at your volume.
We courier a physical sample with the batch lab report. Nothing goes to production until you have handled the actual product and signed it off.
You supply artwork; we check it against the import rules of your destination — mandatory declarations, allergen and nutrition panels, country-of-origin marking, barcode placement and print-safe margins.
Milled, blended, metal-detected, weight-checked and packed on the line matching your grade. Retained samples are held from every batch.
FOB Karachi or CIF your port, with the full document set: certificate of analysis, certificate of origin, packing list, invoice and bill of lading.

One pallet per SKU for pouches, jars and grinders — roughly 800 to 1,500 retail units depending on pack size. Printed gift boxes need around 1,000 units because of print set-up. If that is beyond your first order, we can supply plain packs with applied labels, which lowers the entry point substantially while you test the market.
We do not run a design studio, but we supply dielines, print specifications and a compliance review of whatever your designer produces. That review matters more than it sounds — the most common cause of a delayed private-label launch is artwork that misses a mandatory declaration for the destination market.
You do. A blend developed to your brief is yours, held on file for your repeat orders and not offered to other customers. Put it in writing at contract stage if you want that stated explicitly — we are happy to.
Typically six to ten weeks from approved artwork to vessel, depending on packaging lead time. Packaging is almost always the critical path, not the salt. Repeat orders on file run considerably faster.
Yes. We label to FNSKU or your 3PL's requirements and palletise to their inbound spec. Send the routing requirements early, as carton labelling and pallet configuration have to be built into the production run rather than added afterwards.
Send the product, pack size and target market. We'll come back with costed pricing, a sample and a realistic timeline.
