Salt Tiles & Bricks
We cut, grade and polish salt tiles and bricks at source in the Khewra Salt Range and ship them worldwide. Every batch is dimension-checked and colour-sorted, so an installer opening carton number 400 gets the same tile as carton number one.
These five run continuously and ship from stock. Any other dimension is cut to order at the same ±2 mm tolerance — send us a drawing and we will quote it.

Standard salt brick
Our highest-volume line and the default specification for salt rooms and saunas. Enough mass for thermal stability.

8" × 4" × 3"
Deep brick
Extra depth for stronger backlit diffusion and better heat retention in sauna installations.

8" × 4" × 4"
Structural brick
Freestanding salt cave partitions and load-bearing courses where the wall is built rather than clad.

12" × 8" × 2"
Large format panel
Fewer joints across big wall areas and a calmer visual grid. Popular for hotel and reception feature walls.

Full wall cladding for halotherapy chambers, where the tile surface area supports the room's humidity and microclimate control.
Heat-stable bricks used behind benches and heaters, releasing a soft mineral glow under sauna lighting.
Grade A translucent tiles lit from behind with warm LED strips — the signature amber glow for hotel lobbies and spa receptions.
Structural bricks laid over a framed substrate to build immersive salt cave interiors and relaxation grottos.
Partial accent walls that deliver the visual and ambient qualities of a salt room within a smaller footprint.
Reception desks, bar fronts and column wraps clad in salt tile for a distinctive natural-stone finish.
The sequence our contractor clients follow. We supply a written installation guide with every order.
Moisture-sealed backing board with a ventilated cavity where backlighting is planned.
Salt-compatible epoxy or specialised salt adhesive — never standard cement mortar, which draws moisture.
Lay from the base upward in running or stack bond, keeping joints tight to avoid light bleed.
Warm-white LED strips at 2700–3000 K set 40–60 mm behind Grade A tiles for even diffusion.
Dry-brush the surface, seal exposed edges, and set room humidity below 60 % RH for longevity.
The 8"×4"×2" salt brick is the standard specification for salt room and sauna walls. It gives enough mass for thermal stability while remaining light enough for vertical adhesive installation. We also cut 8"×4"×1" for lighter accent walls and 8"×4"×4" structural bricks for freestanding salt cave partitions.
Yes — but only Grade A translucent tiles produce an even glow. We inspect every backlit-grade slab on a lightbox before packing, so the batch you receive is colour and translucency matched. Standard wall tiles are denser and are intended for unlit cladding.
We do not recommend salt tile cladding in direct wet-steam environments. Salt is hygroscopic and will slowly dissolve under continuous condensation. Dry saunas, halotherapy rooms and controlled-humidity spa interiors are the correct applications.
We supply from a single pallet for trial and sample orders through to full 20 ft and 40 ft container loads. Most salt room projects fall between 800 and 3,000 tiles depending on wall area, and we quote per project.
Tiles are foam-separated, shrink-wrapped in cartons and secured on heat-treated fumigated pallets that meet ISPM-15 requirements. We handle FOB Karachi or CIF to your destination port with full export documentation.
Send us your wall area, tile size and destination port. We'll return a costed quotation with lead time, packing breakdown and freight estimate.
